Co-GM

About this app

CoGM (Co-Guild Master) replaces the 5 to 10 disconnected Discord bots and spreadsheets MMO guild leaders juggle. One Discord bot plus a web dashboard runs the whole operation: roster management with no member limits, event scheduling and signups, attendance tracking through Discord voice, and 130+ granular officer permissions. Built deep for Black Desert Online, it reads gear screenshots with AI OCR to pull gear score, AP, DP, and class automatically, tracks PvP performance from combat logs, runs AI fight analysis per player, and schedules node wars. Pro adds DKP and blind loot auctions, a drag-and-drop party builder, and multi-guild support. Throne and Liberty is supported via the sister site throney.gg, with WoW Classic, FFXIV, Aion 2, and more on the roadmap. Free forever for unlimited members, no credit card required. Pro is $10/mo per guild with a 14-day trial.

Key features

1AI gear OCR from screenshots pulling GS, AP, DP, and class automatically.
2Discord voice attendance tracking plus 130+ granular officer permissions.
3PvP analytics, combat radar, nemesis tracking, and AI fight analysis per player.

Target customer profile

Drawn from the product itself, not from a survey.

Demographic

MMO guild officers and leaders (BDO, T&L, WoW Classic, etc.)

Pain points

Managing rosters, DKP, attendance, and PvP data across multiple bots and spreadsheets is time-consuming and error-prone.

Primary needs

A unified tool that automates roster management, tracks PvP performance, and integrates seamlessly with Discord.

Demographic

Competitive PvP guilds in Black Desert Online

Pain points

Need real-time analytics on gear scores, class composition, kill/death ratios, and fight outcomes to improve performance.

Primary needs

AI-powered fight analysis, gear OCR, and player dashboards with combat radars and nemesis tracking.

Demographic

Casual and semi-hardcore guilds with limited budgets

Pain points

Paid tools with per-member pricing are costly; free tools lack advanced features like DKP or multi-game support.

Primary needs

A free or affordable solution that offers unlimited members, core management features, and optional premium upgrades.

Demographic

Guilds transitioning between MMOs (e.g., from BDO to T&L or upcoming games)

Pain points

Switching games requires learning new tools; managing multiple game communities is complex.

Primary needs

A multi-game platform that adapts to different MMO ecosystems and provides a consistent management experience.

Scout Review

Written by AI from measured evidence, scored out of 100.

CoGM replaces fragmented Discord bots and spreadsheets with a single Discord-native platform tailored for BDO and expanding to other MMOs. Strong design personality, generous free tier, and rapid iteration stand out. Limited external validation and minor polish issues keep it from higher marks across the board.

Measure by measure

Usability

Strong Discord-first flow, one-click imports, active updates, and generous free tier reduce friction for guild officers.

Design

Clean dark MMO-themed UI with custom creature art and clear CTAs; minor desktop headline and density issues.

Speed

Lighthouse 75 mobile / 69 desktop with solid CLS; acceptable for a dashboard-heavy tool but not blazing.

Security

Strong header coverage (11/12) including HSTS and CSP; no public audits or incidents found.

Accessibility

High Lighthouse score of 95 but two contrast and heading order failures; responsive site with no further a11y claims.

Growth

Young product with rapid July 2026 changelog activity and featured guilds; zero independent reviews or community metrics found.

Improvement areas

Limited external reviews and community signals after 14 months.
Two accessibility audit failures on contrast and heading order.
No published security audits or compliance documentation.

Design & Usability

CoGM delivers a focused, game-native interface for BDO and Throne and Liberty guilds. The dark theme, creature illustrations, and orange accents give it personality that generic tools lack. Navigation is simple and the Discord bot integration means members stay in one place. Onboarding improvements in recent updates and one-click GuildYapper imports lower the barrier for officers switching from spreadsheets or multiple bots. The free tier covers core roster, events, and attendance, while Pro unlocks DKP and multi-guild at a flat $10/mo. Minor desktop layout quirks and acronym-heavy menus are the only friction points.

Speed & Security

Performance lands comfortably in the measured 60-76 band with Lighthouse scores of 75 mobile and 69 desktop. LCP of 4.7s is acceptable for a real-time analytics dashboard. Security headers are strong (11/12 checklist items including HSTS, CSP, and DMARC) with no known breaches. The product does not publish SOC 2 or pen-test results, which is typical for its stage and size. Overall, speed and security meet expectations for a Discord-integrated guild tool without standout weaknesses or enterprise-grade claims.

Accessibility & Growth

Accessibility scores 78 thanks to a 95 Lighthouse rating despite two specific contrast and heading issues. The site is responsive and keyboard-navigable at a basic level. Growth is the weakest dimension at 42: the product is only 14 months old with active development (multiple July 2026 releases) and a handful of featured guilds, but searches returned no independent reviews, GitHub activity, or community metrics. This is normal for a niche indie tool still building traction rather than a sign of failure.

Conclusion

For guild officers tired of juggling tools, CoGM offers a compelling all-in-one at the right price. Continued changelog momentum and multi-game expansion could push growth higher in the coming months.

Suggestions for improvement

Add an accessibility statement and fix the two Lighthouse contrast/heading issues.
Publish a short security page listing current headers and any future audit plans.
Create a public changelog RSS or email list so users can follow updates without visiting the docs.
Gather and display 3-5 short guild testimonials with logos to build social proof.
