Discovery Companion is a structured workspace for CX & CCaaS consultants, solution consultants and solutions engineers. It turns customer discovery into structured requirements and professional customer-facing deliverables while keeping the context behind every decision connected throughout the engagement. Instead of spreading information across meeting notes, spreadsheets, Word documents and disconnected requirements, Discovery Companion provides a single workflow covering customer context, discovery, requirements and a Statement of Understanding. It includes a structured CX & CCaaS discovery methodology, traceable requirements, and professional document generation. Customer workspace data remains on your device, while the cloud is used only for authentication and subscriptions. Designed for independent consultants and boutique consulting teams who want a more consistent and reusable discovery process.

A general-purpose workspace that can be adapted for discovery but lacks industry-specific templates and traceability features.

Traditional document creation, but lacks structured data capture and linking capabilities, leading to manual document management.
Microsoft OneNote is widely used for capturing meeting notes and workshop outcomes. While it's excellent for free-form note-taking, it doesn't provide a structured workflow that connects customer context, discovery, requirements and customer-facing deliverables throughout an engagement.
Often used to manage customer requirements manually, but lacks connected discovery, traceability and customer-facing document generation.
